 We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PAS2035 projects as well as have a good understanding of ECO scheme and SHDF requirements.

This is a remote working role that is ideal for offering flexibility when required. Travel will sometimes still be required to specific venues, clients or project sites around the UK.

Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 per annum (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Work together within a small team to organise and manage aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure compliance with project budgets and financial targets.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and other relevant materials.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to PAS2035 project coordination.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in energy efficiency projects, preferably in the field of PAS, ECO funded works, or SHDF projects.
• A good understanding of the PAS2035 process.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Full drivers licence and ability to travel when required.
